Paperback or Book Download (PDF) -  You can download a PDF copy of one or both of the sleep nanny books for instant viewing. There is  also a paperback version. View options here.

How do we book a telephone consultation You can book a consultation online here You first reserve a date and time from the time scheduler (see example on right) for your call. You then complete a registration form and make your payment online. Your appointment will then be confirmed by email.

Why are appointment slots shown as 60 or 30 minutes on the scheduler but we are advised as 40 minute initial consultation and 20 minute follow up call. A breather gap is allowed between sessions to ensure that the sleep nanny has ample time to review history notes between calls. Please keep your call limited to the booked session times and try not to over run, as this has a knock on effect on other clients.

How do we book a follow on call at £29.99 - To book follow on calls, you can arrange the day and time of your next call via the link sent in your first confirmation email that opens a new "time scheduler" After reserving your slot you will be required to make your payment online. Your appointment will then be confirmed by email.

Who calls who? - The sleep nanny will call you +/- 10 minutes of the selected time on the UK landline telephone number provided. The Sleep Nanny cannot return calls to mobile or overseas numbers - UK callers will therefore be required to call 0844 357 9913 on the date and time of your confirmed appointment.  Calls rates to this number are 4.894 pence per minute at all times from a fixed BT landline, resulting in a 40 minute consultation call cost of £1.96. Call costs from other operators will vary. International callers will be emailed an alternative number to call with their final confirmation.

Can you arrange calls outside the times published - Sorry but calls outside the times published on the "time scheduler" are reserved for the Positive Parenting Package only.

How long from the initial consultation can we set the follow up calls - You can arrange your follow up calls any time after your first consultation is completed. Validity is 12 months for Positive Parenting Package.

How do we arrange a home visit - A day time  or overnight home visit can be discussed during your initial or follow up telephone consultation and can thereafter be arranged subject to availability of the sleep nanny during certain months only. The  sleep nanny can come to your home,  to establish and assist with a  support plan for weaning, potty training, selective eating or a sleep routine. Use the Home Visit enquiry form to arrange a preliminary discussion with the sleep nanny to ascertain your specific needs.

How do we know that payment is secure - We work to protect the security of your online transactions during transmission by using PayPal as our payment processor, they process the credit and debit cards on their secure servers. Paypal protects your privacy and information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. To read about Paypal Security for online transactions click here
