Following the clients telephone
consultations and once the client has discussed their needs & agreed a
start date with the sleep consultant, the client agrees to pay the
agency booking fee, travel fee and the 4 hour minimum booking period
by credit or debit card online via PAYPAL. All bookings are deemed as
unconfirmed until these fees are paid in full.
The balance of any additional
hours, exceeding the minimum 4 hours and any parking or congestion charge costs must be
paid to the consultant prior to her departure in full on the day of
the visit.
Should The
Consultant fail to take up an appointment, the
Agency will refund the full agency fee and any deposit made in full.
Visit Cancellation Policy.
If the cancellation period is within 7 days of start date the cancellation fee will be
the agency booking fee paid.
If the cancellation period is within 3 days of
start date the cancellation fee will be
the agency booking fee and 25% of the deposit paid.
(A) If the client
commences with, but does not complete the booked visit
for any reason whatsoever,
no refunds will be made.
(B) If the
consultant cancels during the course of the booking for any reason
whatsoever, then any outstanding monies will be refunded at the rate of
£79.99 per hour (pro rata for any part hours) for any unused hours
paid for. The
Agency fee & travel fee is non refundable.
