England & Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Courts of England & Wales
We reserve the right to amend these
terms and conditions without prior notice.
We further reserve the right to decline any registration
or booking without
explanation.
The Terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted on
the submission of any forms to Sleep Nannies. The agreed
TERMS & FEES are non negotiable.

E-Book
Please note the unlock key code is not automatically generated. We
therefore aim to email your unlock key within 4 working hours
Monday to Friday, during normal office

Please note: We cannot return
calls to international or mobile numbers. Overseas callers are welcome
to book a consultation but will be required to ring the sleep nanny at
their own expense.
You will be advised
of an 0844 number to call with your confirmation, this being the
case. Calls rates to this 0844 are 4.894 pence per minute at all times
from a fixed BT landline, resulting in a 40 minute consultation call
cost of £1.96. Call costs from other operators will vary
A minimum 24 hours notice
is required to reschedule a booked and confirmed appointment. If less
than 24 hours notice or if the sleep nanny / consultant calls and the
client is unavailable at the time of the booked call, the missed call
is chargeable or deducted from any outstanding sessions booked.
For clients
purchasing the Parenting Package of 12 months or 12 calls, in the
event of a refund request clients will be charged at the normal
consultation rate of £59.99 per call used to date, with any balance of
the initial fee paid being refunded thereafter.
12 month Validity -
No refunds will apply for non take up of numbers of
unused calls at
anytime.
Once a consultation
commences, no
refunds will be available for non completion, for any reason
whatsoever. Prior to commencement 3 working days notice is required to
cancel a booking in order to receive a full refund. For cancellations
of less than 3 working days a £29.99 administration fee will be due.
Telephone consultations
are for up to a 40 minute period or up to 20 minutes for follow up
appointments (There is a maximum 60 minute call duration for the
Positive Parenting Package
package. The time of call
is pre-booked at a convenient time for both parties from the published
list.
Please note
if at any time the client is not able to conduct themselves in a
composed manner, the consultant will terminate the call immediately
and the client will forfeit any consultation fees paid.
It is the session you are booking for a maximum time
period not specific minutes. If calls are shorter than the maximum
time allowed, no refund or reallocation of time is available.
