DAY VISIT - Once the client has discussed their needs & agreed a start date with the sleep nanny, the client agrees to pay the hours booked at £79.99 per hour + Travel fee by credit or debit card online via PAYPAL. All bookings are deemed as unconfirmed until these fees are paid in full. Any additional hours in attendance will have to be paid by cash before departure at the standard hourly rate of £79.99 per hour or part thereof.

NIGHT VISIT - Once the client has agreed a start date with the sleep nanny, the client agrees to pay the full fee + Travel fee by credit or debit card online via PAYPAL. All bookings are deemed as unconfirmed until these fees are paid in full. Any parking or congestion charges must be paid to the sleep nanny, prior to her departure in full on the day of the visit. This should be paid either by cash to the sleep nanny or by credit/debit card to the office before departure.

Should The Sleep Nanny cancel or fail to take up an appointment, the agency will refund the initial fee paid or hours booked in full.

Day Visit Cancellation Policy.  A full refund or reschedule at no cost is offered for all cancellations that are greater than 14 days from the date of the visit. If the cancellation period is less than 14 days but more than 7 days of start date, the cancellation fee will be £79.99 (1 hour) If the cancellation period is less than 7 days of start date, the cancellation fee will be £159.98 (2 hours)

Overnight Visit Cancellation Policy. A full refund or reschedule at no cost is offered for all cancellations that are greater than 28 days from the date of the visit. If the cancellation period is within 28 days of start date, the cancellation fee will be £50 If the cancellation period is within 21 days of start date the cancellation fee will be £100 If the cancellation period is within 14 days of start date the cancellation fee will be £150 If the cancellation period is within 7 days of start date the cancellation fee will be £300.

Other Cancellation terms.
(A) If the client commences with, but does not complete the booked visit for any reason whatsoever, no refund or partial refund of the hours booked or initial fee paid will be made. Furthermore any hours in attendance that exceed the initial fee paid will be due for payment at the rate of £79.99 per hour.

(B) If The Sleep Nanny cancels during the course of the booking, then any unused hours from those booked and paid for will be refunded or balance of hours unused (all hours in attendance day or night are calculated at the daily rate of £79.99 per hour for this purpose) from the initial fee paid. If the hours already in attendance, during a day visit exceed the initial fee paid then any additional hours will be due for payment at the standard hourly rate. No part of the travel time is refundable.

(C) If the child has been unwell within 72 hours of the arrival of a sleep consultant. The family must advise sleepnannies immediately and reschedule the booking. A fee of £50 will be applied each time a booking is rescheduled. If the sleep nanny arrives to an unwell child, the sleep nanny will terminate the booking. The penalty for termination will be £300 for either type of visit.
