I used Alpro plain soy.<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup sunflower seeds<\/li>\n<li>4 to 5 walnut halves<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup of hemp seeds<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon sultanas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Place the banana, drained dates and yogurt into a food processor.<\/li>\n<li>Blend until smooth<\/li>\n<li>Add the seeds and walnuts to the food processor.<\/li>\n<li>Process until they have broken down but are still in small pieces<\/li>\n<li>Place the oats into a bowl<\/li>\n<li>Pour the banana and seed mixture into the oats and mix until all the oats are coated.<\/li>\n<li>Add the cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>Tip onto a baking tray lined with parchment<\/li>\n<li>Press down<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 15 mins<\/li>\n<li>Turn the mixture and break up into nuggets<\/li>\n<li>Cook for about 15 mins, checking and turning once more<\/li>\n<li>The granola is cooked when the nuggets are crispy and slightly brown on the edges but still chewy in the middle.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from oven, stir in the sultanas.<\/li>\n<li>Allow to cool &amp; Store in an airtight container<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preheat oven to 165 degree Celsius <\/strong><br><strong>Line a baking tray with baking parchment <\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Suitable from 24 Months.
