Also freezable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gluten free\/ wheat free, Egg free, Can easily be made dairy-free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ingredients<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 cups&nbsp;Gluten-free oats (ground to fine flour in food processor)<\/li><li>2 tbsp Cornflour, buckwheat flour or potato flour<\/li><li>1\/4 cup Apple or mango puree <\/li><li>1 Small ripe banana <\/li><li>2 cups Mixed berries<\/li><li>1\/4 cup Nannycare growing up milk (or Oat milk)<\/li><li>2 tsp Gluten-free baking powder<\/li><li>1 tsp Apple cider vinegar<\/li><li>2 tsp Chia seeds<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will also need a 20cm cake tin lined with baking parchment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Method<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat fan oven to 180 degrees C. <\/li><li>Place oat flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl and combine well.<\/li><li>Combine banana, fruits (saving a few to decorate) and  puree in a food processor.
