Banana Cookies

Suitable from 10 months. 
Dairy free. 
Gluten free/wheat free. 
Freezes. 
Makes 6 cookies.  
Keeps in an airtight container for 5 days.

Ingredients:

  • 2 small or 1 large banana
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups of Gluten free oats
  • 2 teaspoons of sultanas optional

Method:

  • Mash the bananas in a bowl
  • Add the baking powder and oats
  • Mix well together
  • Using an ice cream scoop, place scoopfuls of the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment
  • Bake for 12 minutes

Pre-heat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
