Ingredients:
- 2 small or 1 large banana
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups of Gluten free oats
- 2 teaspoons of sultanas optional
Method:
- Mash the bananas in a bowl
- Add the baking powder and oats
- Mix well together
- Using an ice cream scoop, place scoopfuls of the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment
- Bake for 12 minutes
Pre-heat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
