Payment Transactions
We work to protect the security of your online transactions during transmission by using PayPal as our payment processor for telephone consultation bookings, they process the credit and debit cards on their secure servers. Paypal protects your privacy and information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. To read about Paypal Security for online transactions visit www.paypal.co.uk  Home visit, maternity nurse & night nanny payments can only be  made by direct bank transfer. Account details are provided after intial discussions with Mel and following completion of the home visit booking form. We never store any financial details from the cardholder.
