Toddler Chia Chocolate Pudding

3 to 4 portions.


  • 300ml dark chocolate almond milk.
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Stir ingredients together. Blend in a high speed blender or with a stick blender until the chia seeds have broken down. Tip into a container with a lid or large empty jam jar. Refrigerate overnight. Serve as a pudding, topping for porridge or a snack.Keeps in the fridge for 3 days. Can be frozen.
